Create Bleached Paper for Art Journaling

I love finding new ways to create interesting papers to include in my art journaling pages. It seems like I’m forever ripping, printing, cutting, painting on various papers to figure out something new. My collection of paper ephemera is large and out of control, yet I’m always adding to it. It must be the same for other art journalers too, right?!

A really fun way to create texture in papers is by using bleach on various papers

You can find the full tutorial over on the Get Messy blog to see how to get these textures, and for more ideas how to use these bleached papers.

Curious what Get Messy is? It’s a posse of creative people who come together from all over the world to art journal together, live creatively together, and inspire together. Want to know more about it? You can check out how to become a member here!
